Too many pattern attempts now i cant access my epad

Hi if you've locked your phone through entering an incorrect pin number 3 times then you need a Puk code, Ring your service provider and they will give you the FREE Puk code.....

Pattern Lock- Incorrectly enter pattern 5 times (4 or more points each time) . Pop up message will appear Click Next and you will be prompted for google a/c details or security question for pattern lock.
tap forgotten pattern and on next screen enter google account details. Then next screen allows you to choose a new screen lock option.

Otherwise for a factory reset use recovery mode
The only other solution is a hard reset which is only as a last resort. You need to access Androids Recovery mode. Check your manual. Most devices it is power off then power up holding volume + and power buttons.
Once in this mode use power down button to highlight "wipedata/factory reset option, then use power button to select it.
Vol - button to to scroll and select yes delete all user data option with power button. When device reset select option to reboot now and the device will turn on unlocked but you will have lost your personal data.

its brand new and you forgot everything already if you did the google mail password assist then open that if dont know that or didnt do it can try provider for assistance and most lockouts are either 1hr or 24hr

go back to the shop you bought it from and see if they can help.

I got a same problem with above mention; "What i will gonna do to make my Eurostar epad 5, it got lock because of too many pattern attemps. My problem is my epad now has no internet connection so i cannot unlock it using my google account. I do reset but still asking my Username and Password, What i will gona do now? Please help. there is the two way to unlock your pattern

1. you have to chosen recovery pattern if you set up before
2. and you have to go to the local store who repair the phone then can help you to remove the pattern by updating your softwere

Unfortunately, there is no way to reset the pattern unlock without knowing your google account login information. To attempt to recover your google password:
1) Go to www.google.com, 2) Click on "Sign In" in the upper right corner, 3) Click on the "Can't access account?" link on the right side underneath the username and password fields.
If this works, great! Enter your recovered information and then you will be prompted to create a new unlock pattern.
If you are unable to recover your account information, you will need to do a factory reset on your phone. Sadly, because you didn't provide the make and model of your phone, I can't tell you how to do this, but a quick google search should be able to point you in the right direction.

Hi dude ,if you failed to unlock the pattern the phone will ask you for your google account.That is simple.Give your gmail account user name and password which has been stored in your phone before.Then your phone will check it.After that you can enter into the phone if the email account matches.Then you can change the unlock pattern as your desire.Thanks.

To unlock the pattern screen lock without signing in with your Google account You need to repair the software of the phone.


The steps to repair the phone are the following:

1. On the computer: Start PC Companion™.
2. On thecomputer: In the Support Zone™ descriptor, in the Software Updatesection click Start > (Repair) and follow the instructions on the PCmonitor screen.
3. Turn off the phone.
4. Connect the USB cable to your computer.
5. On the phone: Press and hold down Back key and connect the USB cable to the phone.
6. Follow the instructions on the screen.

Note : The software in your phone will be replaced. All personal data stored in your phone will be lost.

There is also a way to unlock the pattern screen lock by signing in with your Google account.

1. After 30 seconds, tap Forgot pattern?
2. You need to log in with the primary gmail.com e-mail address and not the alternative email address connected to the Google account.
3. Tap the username field and enter the primary Google account user name.
4. Tap the password field and enter the primary Google account password.
5. Draw a new unlock pattern and tap Continue .
6. Draw the new unlock pattern again and tap Continue .
