your blue componant cable is unplugged, eather on the tv, or on the cable box, 95% thats the prob, thats if you are using componant cables, those are red blue green, and red white for the audio

well, unless you are really really lucky and could find the same model at the local tip, you will need to ot\rder and replace the part through a repair center or parts center of sorts, quite costly

In your tv the image is generated this way: the bulb makes a white light; this light is split in 3; each separate beam is projected on an small LCD screen with a reflective layer below it - this way 3 separate pure colour images are created; these pure images are mixed together by some special 2-way mirrors to create the full image.
In your case the LCD for the Green is incorrectly commanded - the level for black is way too high so the blacks appear with a green tint. This is usually caused by a bad setting - see if the Tint (mainly) and Color ones from the Picture menu are correctly adjusted and they're not do them.
If even after adjusting those settings the image is still off then a professional will have to go in the service menu and adjust the base settings - in there the data aren't clearly identified and if you change something by mistake the tv might simply refuse to power on so leave it to someone with experience.
