I have a document in queue that I wanted to stop printed as it never started to print. Now it says "deleting" . It has said this for 24 hours. I tried to cancel all documents to no avail. I tried unplugging for a minute, it's still in queue "deleting". How do I get rid of this document in the queue so my printer won't be busy?
SOURCE: Docs in queue won't cancel so I can print another document

plug in the data cable and turn on the printer
1. Browse to Start -> Run... and type in NET STOP SPOOLER (this will stop the
print spooler service)
2. Browse to your windows\system32\spool\PRINTERS\
folder. You should see files there ending in .SPL and .SHD created around the
time you tried to print - delete these files.
3. Browse to Start -> Run... and type in NET START SPOOLER (this will restart the
print spooler service)
Try to print a document again to verify that the problem is fixed.
