My phone keeps freezing when i try to type a text message. It will let me type about a word then it will freeze up untill i turn it off. i have dropped it a few times but other than that i haven't done anything to it. pleasee help!
I would guess that when you droped it you knocked something loose is it still under a warenty? if so i would return it for a new one if not take it into a shop

My venus is doing the same thing i go to text and it just freezes up then turns off then on again by itself... what did u do to fix that?
mines the same except that it doesnt happen very often. just as i think its sorted it just freezes again!!! grr is very annoying. Mines a UK version though. oh yeah and it sticks when i pass 1 page in texting it slows right down and takes like 10 mins to type half a line thats how slow it is
my venus freezes when I use the space or arrow keep to advance between words. I have to use abc when I text now and not word, and I also have to use a period to distinguish between words. I went to one Verizon store, and they said I'll have to call the Verizon Warranty, but I don't find that answer acceptable. So I'm going to try another Verizon store.
