Error code 6500

1) Try to reset the printer to manufacturer defaults and chest.
2) main cause with the logic board itself or with other parts in the printer or cartridge.

Patti, you may have to do a hard reset.
1) Disconnect the USB cable from your computer
2) Remove the ink cartridges
3) Unplug the power cord. Wait for a couple minutes. Plug the unit back in,hit power button if needed.
4) Wait for the "Insert Cartridges" message, reinstall the cartridges
5) Close printers doors
6) If you get a recalibration message, allow the printer to complete this task
7) Reconnect printer to USB cable
8) Try your printing again.

What should i do with error e100-0001 on mf4410. i changed fuser film and when i closed the all the panels the machine falshed this error code e100-0001.

ERROR CODE 3501 and 3802 but know the error 3501
I know it rech high temperature I change the sensor 1 UP fuser roller
and I reset the error, the machine start and stop again with error 3501

This unfortunately is a logic board fault and it will have to be replaced. that's the only fix for it. Sorry.

To be sure the error 6500 is correct, the orange light should flash 20 times then briefly stop and then flash a further 20 times and this will repeat all the time. if this the case then the logic board pcb will need to be changed as it has an internal bus fault.

Error 6500 is a hardware error.In most case the logic board assembly is failed.Better think about new printer.

That's a strange error for that machine, a network error? I would try removing the printhead and see if the error changes to printhead not installed, could just be a defective printhead which can cause strange errors.
