Sanyo DS27800, Audio Option Under Menu is Red

I had been solved that problem long time ago,,by replacing it's EEPROM ic,,,thanks,,,Dods

There is no option to do this without its remote control.

Check the tv manual buttons,have a input button.No.Try website like Remotes.com to buy an original remote so can find out with input ur VCR/DVD device unit hook up into like video input like 1 or 2.

I assume you want the code for the service adjustments which is to hold the Menu button on the TV down then plug in the set and service menu comes up.

If you need a code for a cable box for a sanyo remote check your users manual or i need more info about the cable box.

If you need a code for the sanyo for a 3rd party remote control you need to specify the remote. Or check its users manual.,

Using the tv remote (or selecting TV button on cable universal remote) hit the INFO button. It remove the channel # for me. I might have a different model.

Some less expensive no thrills televisions don't have a audio menu. On those units the only audio functions you will have is to select between SAP or Stereo. Is it connected to a cable box? Does the cable box have a volume control? Can you get sound if a VCR or DVD is connected? Try those out.

The only way your going to change the video mode is with the original remote. If you need another remote go to http://remotes.com or call 1800 remotes Theres a button on the upper left hand side of the remote called video mode. A universal most of the time will not work this function. You could ask around to your friends and buddies or relitives if anyone has a working Sanyo remote or go to a local retailer that sells Sanyo and see if he would let you borrow one for a little while so you can switch out of the video mode.
