It keep cumming up with memorry full how do i clear it

Hi, I hope this helps you.
Erasing the memory Click «Yes», and «Clear memory?» is displayed. Confirm by pressing «Yes» and «Memory erasing in progress. Please wait!» - is announced. To cancel, press «No». It is possible to erase the memory and reset the system without using the Parrot menu. To do this, hold the red and the green buttons together.
I have also inserted a link to the manual below. http://www.parrot.com/uk/support/userguides/#CK3000

Trying to connect a new phone and ck 3000 reponds "memory full"

Normally you would hold down the red and green button, but you dont have this parrot button, try holding down any of the steering wheel buttons. If this dont work you may have to get the button plugged in too perform this, try contacting your installer.

My kit will not allow me to pair a phone, it comes up memory full i have unpaired all phones, how do i clear the memory (Parrot 3100 to Samsung tocco)

Disconnecting your car battery would clear the memory but ideally you need to update the firmware of your car kit through a bluetooth connection, instructions and software to do this can be found at http://www.parrot.com/uk/support/downloads. You need the Parrot software update tool. Instructions to do this are at http://www.parrot.com/uk/support/downloads/texte_fck_2/image/ck3x00_update_procedure__en.pdf for XP or http://www.parrot.com/documents/en/support/parrotck3100-vistaupgradeprocedureeng.pdf for Vista. Hope this helps if you haven't figured this out for yourself already.

Regarding the message "memory full", either cause you have up to five phones paired to the kit and you have to delete it.

but that could be also in relation with the install and especially the 12dc and the ignition 12v which has to be inverted (invert polarity) on the orange and the red one.

Finally, it could be a fault of settings to the box (cause the system for the ck3100 is build to the box).
