that's not an error code. it's a 1H, as in one hour, the delayed start function. hold the delay start button down to override, then reset it back to where you want it.

Let it time out. Reading the manual helps a lot.

No recalls on any GE Profile model dishwashers. (there may have been service bulletins, but no recalls) Also, you missed the first two letters of the serial number.
You can go to this web site http://www.geappliances.com/products/recall/ to find info on any GE recall.

There was a recall on some GE dishwashers, but yours was purchased a bit before those affected. Just to be sure, go to http://www.geappliances.com/products/recall/dw07/ and input your full model and serial number (including the last letter of the serial number). Of the models affected by the recall, I've personally seen (and have photos of) one that burned, plus one that was close to it. Recalled ones can be updated for free, or if you decide to replace, qualify for a rebate toward a new GE dishwasher. (the recalled ones had problems with the wiring inside the door) If your model is not one affected by the recall, I would contact GE customer relations via their answer center phone (800-626-2005) to report this potential safety issue.

Are you trying to replace the microwave door or the GE dishwasher. Either way, www.applianceart.com (under the stainless steel section) has this roll of stainless material that you apply to your appliances. I saw it on the "Today Show." Its basically faux stainless. We put it on our refrigerator and it looks and even feels like real stainless steel. Its really cool. I think its called stainless foil or something like that. Also if you're looking for a stainless panel for your dishwasher they sell actual stianless panels there too.

you have set it to start after a one hour delay- just press the start delay button until it cycles through past 24h and you will get back to the immediate start mode...

Try replacing the water inlet valve.
