I was given a insignia 32 inch tv, just out of warranty, I am sure it is the power supply and I need help. I have great soldering skills and can follow instructions. HELP. I have replaced almost all components on borad, except the large capacitor, I have yet to get the 24 volts. If anyone has a any info that can help?
Look for 2 pico fuses in the secondary section of the power supply. I'm sure one of them is blown, that is why the 24 volts are missing.
I will let you know the locations later when I get home.
Good Luck.

Jaime867, I will double check those when i get a chance to work on it, I was hoping someone might actually have a schematic of the switching power suplly, that would be very helpful. I know for sure the primary transistor and the zener going to it were blown, I have replaced them and am getting 60 to 82 dc volts past the bridge.
Thanks
I actually checked the fuses and they are good, I think the regulator is bad, but I sure wish I had a schematic. :)
Hey I appreciate your help, but I really could use more info, like a schematic
