go to add hardware option and search your device and when it says to install the software select the option to install it automatically and then you will be asked for an internet connection and the software will be installed automatically
I think i've figured it out. I have turned the multi-point connection off and then paired the Finiti with my phone and PS3 separately. Just make sure that you have your phone's bluetooth connection or other device turned off before turning on your PS3, and then make the connection between Finiti and PS3 and you should be good. Then when you're done using the PS3, and its powered off, you can turn the phone BT connection back on and you should be good.
did it ever work for you are you holding the power-sync button long enough on the bt headset's load up light should stay solid or keep blinking till it sync's up start the ps3 bluetooth settings to start looking while you start to connect it hope that helps if not the bt set could be faulty try syncing it to a cell phone
