Your TV has an EPG program in memory. Go to menu, timer, find EPG program and delete with appropriate on screen instructions, on my Panasonic THP65ST50P it is the red button to delete.
I have brought this to higher priority solution on Panasonic site.
It was Not an error message on my TV. Red/orange constant flash on standby, and fixed orange instead of usual fixed green when TV is working. Completely cleaned all dust out of out & inside only to find this solution afterwards by mistake! HA!

Start by testing the power supply voltages, if not correct look at various capacitors as being defective
