My electric fireplace displays that same way. if you still have your remote for the heater, it may be call a zone heater, the red button is off, then heat, then lo, med, hi, then timer.
may I suggest going to a rental place like buddy's and ask questions on the heater. good luck.
All you need is 2 fan speeds, 1 for cool and 1 for heat. Leave the low speed disconnected. Normally we have high speed for cooling, and med. or low for heat. So either speed connected to the heating circuit is fine.
Sounds like a relay problem but if your fan is running in heating and cooling and operating ok , leave it how you got it. It is possibly the low speed winding is shorted but will be fine with med and high. Sounds like a psc motor, doesn't use 3 speeds
Hi and good day '''be curious , try to check your wire connection to PC first but sir/ma'am as we observed Skype owns or consumes a big amount of internet connection when used, so i conclude that it is just on the flow of your internet connection that makes your cam flickers, i hope you have a find day read and understand our simplest ideas in a way when days past and still the same thing goes defective of your cam ''' better to re-install driver again . . . . . thanks
fans 1. oil the bearings, sae 30 or wd40 for places you cant get into. dont take fan motor apart unelse you realy have to.
dont let your fan motor bearings get worn egg shaped from lack of oil. 2. make sure fan blades not hitting or scraping fan housing and fan blades are securely fastened to fan motor shaft.
3.mr heater fan motor is 12 volts DC , so it may have a segmated comutator and brushes.
I dont know because i have not yet needed to take my mr heater fan motor apart but i have worked on hundereds of ac fan motors in the past 65 years. 4. keep fan motors from getting wet. they hate water. 5. keep fans clean, they dont like foriegn materials.
Your specific problem: first fan 2 weeks, second fan 2 months.
how much you use them, are you wearing the brushes down? Getting fan motor wet? foreign material getting pulled into fan or fan motor? off/on switch work ok. batterys good, battery contacts ok? fan transformer 110 vac to 12 vdc good? fan bearings oiled? need more info to diagnose properly. all of the above needs to be checked out to tell whats happened. fan & fan motor needs to be inspected.
If you're not looking specifically for temp to cook specific food items, rather what lo, med low, med etc mean . . . from the packing insert lo is 185 degrees, med low is 225 degrees, med is 300 degrees, med hi is 375 degrees and hi is 415 degrees. I just purchased this item yesterday.
You probably cant fix it, this sounds like a multispeed blower with hi/medium/lo settings. You
can either replace the motor or connect one of the
working speeds to low/med or low/hi. or bump med to low and high to medium.
If you have access to a DC voltmeter; try this:
Check for voltage on each of the heater resistor terminals, when it is unplugged, key in the on position. With the heater switch on low, you should have 3 volts DC, on lo-med, 6 VDC, hi-med, 9 VDC and on hi, 12 vdc. It looks to me like you might have a bad heater switrch, if the voltages do not match exactly what is posted above, or vary when you slightly manipulate the switch, the switch contacts are bad. Hope this helps. If not, please repost for additinal info.
go to a radio shack to find replacement knobs. get something called a "bar knob." this has a set screw which holds the knob on the thermo shaft. use a marker and print lo med high and off on the unit or use a brother p touch label maker.
