Get the washer laying on it's side and using the access hole on the bottom carefully remove the screw clamp holding the large hole of the rubber housing to the tub drain (it will be obvious all other clips are green compression clips).Carefully work the strainer out of this flexible rubber drain housing through the large hole.Clean it out and replace you will be good to go. Also remove all the hoses and check for a buildup of gunk. Hope this will fix your problem.

The little pieces off of the bottom of the rug are clogging up the pump. Clean out pump.

You will have to clean up drain system in washer. Get the rug pars out. A wet vac is a useful tool here.

When the backs of the rugs fall apart, they tend to bunch up in the pump and form a pasty substance that keeps the motor from turning. Since the unit knows there is more water in there than what should be, it tries do keep draining even when the unit is turned off (the buzzing noise you're hearing) The first thing you need to do is remove the lower front panel (the screws are on the botom side of it. Once you take those out the panel (with a little wiggeling) will come down then out. On the bottom of your washer, you will see a white piece of plastic. This is your pump where the remanants of your rugs have ended up. I would recommend a large bowl, towels and a wet/ dry vaccume at the ready before the next step. On the front of the pump, there is a knob whcih you turn counter clock wise to open. I recommend putting the edge of the bowl under the pump while you SLOWLY turn the knob. DO NOT OPEN IT ALL OF THE WAY INITALLY! Drain water out a little at a time. Once your bowl is full, screw the knob back in, dump the water and repeat until all of the water is out. Once the water in not flowing anymore, then open the knob fully and pull it out. You will see a white clump of the rub backing.Once you dispose of it, fill then drain your washer again. More remanants of the rug will wash into your pump. Continue this fill, drain pump clean procedure unit the trap comes out fairly clean (it will take many loads to get the last bits out from everywhere inside your washer)
