Go into my computer and click on the syberia disc and click install from there... See if that helps.

You can go to gamecopyworld.com and download a syberia NO-CD/Fixed EXE. I think this will solve your problem.

The tray component gears were probably stripped and the tray is now shifted vertically to high or low. Because when the tray moves back and forth the inside eye set up moves into the disc to hold it. Solution Have X-Box fix you problem for around $80 or less. Call 1-800-4MY-XBOX. They will send you a postage paid box. Also check to make sure nothing lose was in the xbox and also try to slam the door hard over and over as it try to slid in itself.

Make sure your Xbox 360 is laying flat on it's side rather than standing up on it's end. If the console is standing up and is moved even slightly the disc will almost certainly be damaged.
