When power is on, it worked for 1 sec than stopped even with new batteries.

Out-of-Warranty Service
Core Products will repair most Jeanie Rub Massagers after the warranty has expired. Some of the very early models can not be repaired but can be returned for a $50.00 credit towards a new unit.
It is difficult to determine the extent of the repair until the unit is inspected however, we guarantee the service call will not exceed $89.00 plus shipping.
