I changed the cable several time but when I plugged the three ports in three channel its not working. But when I try to run either DVD ROM or HARD drive then its working. Is it a problem of the cable or mother board.

Try refreshing all connections to the motherboard. Also clean the RAM as shown in the image below.
Resetting the CMOS may also help you in the process. Make sure that the power cable connected to the power supply is disconnected. Change the jumper settings of JCMOS1 (labled 1) from 1-2 to 2-3 for approximately 10secs. (refer to the image below).
Then return to original settings (1-2). Hope this helps.

Set the BIOS via the setup before it boots to the "ECP" printer port configuration.

As far as your board being compatible I think you should be ok.
The BIOSTAR.COM website does show support for Vista 32/64,
but not windows 7. I would still attempt it.
Any driver windows 7 cant handle might be covered with a driver for Vista from biostar or found on the web as a fix.
there is a chance that it wont work though, maybe an important driver just wont work (doubtful but there is a chance).
If you Click the Blue "Manual" Tab on this page you will see a prompt to download "N73UA-M7T_N73PA-M7T_080104_B.exe"
I just downloaded it and extracted the files from the .exe file and it contained Two PDF files one 61 page motherboard manual and a 42 page bios manual.
On the driver tab you can find a driver for your IDE chipset top of the page you'll have to try the vista one.

My Norton NIS 2011 said the exe was clean.
If you right click the exe after it's downloaded you might be able to choose extract files {where you choose} and then you won't have to run the exe.
I use 7zip here http://www.7-zip.org/download.html. It will handle all your zipping and unzipping and its free.
But I did run the exe for the manuals just to confirm I wasn't sending you bad links. no problems, it just created the folder in the same folder it was in.
Let me know it this helped you or not.
Post your answers as a comment or reply and I'll be notified.

One bad lead can cause a computer to continue on a cycle or to shutdown or fail to detect your hard drive Test all leads that attach to your hard drive including electrical extensions,IDE,SATA the leads from your ((motherboard to your hard drive)) make sure they have a secure connection and are not faulty or just replace them there probably old and faulty
make sure all leads that are attached to your drives dvd\cd 3 1/2 inch floppy have secure connections and are not faulty even the electic extensions or just replace them they are probably faulty a computer needs its connections to continue its cycle and have an end so any faulty leads will end up with a computer error hope this helps
