Saving projects Can a project on Print Shop 21 be saved to a disc?

If that isn't working, Google PDF Creator and download an app from PDFForge which will set up like a printer so instead of saving, it needs to print to this to make the pdf... (Plus it gives you all sorts of extra settings that are useful!)

Hi. Try use in windows xp compability mode.

It seems that Broderbund Print Shop 20 Deluxe for PC is for Windows 98 / 2000 / Me / XP.

What you can try:

1. De-install Print Shop
2. Re-install Print Shop in the Windows XP Compatibility mode.

Hit Ctrl, alt, delete at the same time and start task manager. That will show how much mermory and cpu are being used. At the top if u select applications you can see what is running. Right mouse click an app and chose close and it will free up memory and cpu. Select processses and again you can see the above and right click apps to close them

The problem - you're setting the convergence settings, but you're not saving them, you're
simply exiting the menu screen. Be sure to save your convergence setting for each
of the three colors. It sounds like you're setting RED last, and not saving its convergence setting,
whereas the GREEN & BLUE are holding their convergence settings, since you're saving them
correctly before proceeding on to RED....

Once Restore your System to the privies date then your can solve the problem

goto Start/programs/Accessories then to Windows explorer or my computer then goto ur CD drive then click on setup.exe

you have to go to the help section or help tab at the top of your printshop window, on your printshop program...and then click technical support , and it will give you options...click on the option of troubleshooting and it will take you to the broderbund direct online troubleshooting page, and click on the appropriate option for windows vista 64bit, and it will walk you through step by step; which involves going into your printer port settings under control panel section of your computer, and just follow the online directions...I just did it and my newsletter on printshop 23 deluxe is now saving without problems!

I had the same problem and after troubleshooting found out that the project was not opening because I had changed the location of some pictures I used on a slideshow.

It sucks that the project doesn't have it's own version of the slides and requires the photo files to be in the same physical location as they were when you originally created the slide or used the video file.

Not sure if this will help others, but if you moved any files that you used to create your project, try to restore them to their original location and see that fixes it for you...that fixed my problem.
