Crib sturdyness I have a crib that I got used from someone that had it for only one child. After assembly, it seemed to rock back and forth like it wasn't all that sturdy. It still works however, but I was wondering if I was missing anything during assembly that would cause it to do this. The mattress spring frame sits on some brackets that are screwed into the ends. The crib front bars go up and down within their slots like they're supposed to. So what's up? Does anyone else have this problem? Thanks in advance..

Alot of times cribs that have spindles all the way around or slats have a tendency to loosen around each slat. (probably caused by not keeping the crib screws tightened enough) that or a really strong baby! It seems to dance side to side. Find a really good wood glue that will seep down into each slat hole without you removing the slat and re-glue or secure every slat one by one. Flip the side over and do the topside the same way. Once again you have a sturdy crib. If left wobbly the potential of you cracking the wood somewhere on the ends of one side is great. If you can find it I recommend Wonderlok wood glue , which is a wood glue made especially for wobbly chair legs. I had a children's resale shop for five years and ran into this problem many times. It works! Good luck to you!

If it feels as though it wobbles, a likely problem is that the screws have not been fully tightened. They may feel tight, but give them all one good torque turn or two, until you cant anymore, pretty much. It should solve most of the wobble.

Assembly instructions for a delta amber 4 in 1 crib

If you're looking for assembly instructions for a Delta Amber 4 in 1 crib, you can usually find them on the manufacturer's website or by contacting their customer support. It's essential to follow the instructions carefully to ensure that the crib is assembled correctly and safely.

In terms of safety, one product that you may want to consider is Hiccapop's Inflatable Bed Rails . These are easy-to-install and adjustable crib rails that can help prevent your child from falling out of the crib as they move around during sleep. They are made of high-quality materials and have been tested to ensure their safety and durability.

To install Hiccapop's Safety Crib Rails, follow these simple steps:

  1. Position the crib rail on the side of the crib where you want to install it.
  2. Adjust the length of the rail to fit snugly against the side of the crib. You can do this by pulling the rail out or pushing it in, depending on the size of your crib.
  3. Secure the rail to the crib using the provided straps. Make sure the straps are tight and secure to prevent the rail from moving or coming loose.
  4. Double-check that the rail is securely attached before placing your child in the crib.
Hiccapop's Safety Crib Rails are a great option for parents who want an extra layer of safety and security for their child's crib. They are easy to install and adjust, making them a convenient and practical choice.

I dont how to fix it without manual. i neeed help

To get assembly instructions go to;
http://www.childcraftindustries.com/childcraft/assistance/

and enter your crib model number. The number you gave does not look correct.

Information from Child Craft Industries

MODEL NUMBER VERIFICATION:
Crib model numbers are stamped directly on the crib in black ink on the underneath bottom edge of one of the crib sides, headboard, footboard or stamped on the label attached to the inside face of footboard bottom rail.

On other Child Craft and/or Legacy furniture the model number will be stamped in black ink on the back panel.

Often "47167" and "01700291" are mistaken for model numbers. These numbers are NOT valid model numbers.

Need crib instructions for Bonnie Togs Convertable Crib

Don't use it! If it is at least 5 years old, it is too old to be safe. Second hand cribs are associated with more deaths than new ones. They are prone to more problems. Every time you take a crib apart and put it back together, you add the potential for something to break, bend, crack or get assembled wrong. Each of these problems could result in a component of the crib coming loose or detached and creating a gap or space where your child could become entrapped and be killed. It isn't worth the risk. The crib should be the safest peice of child gear you own, because it is the only place you can leave your child unattended.
