There is a good chance the capacitors on your motherboard are bad. Have a look at www.badcaps.net. I had a power supply go out on my computer. Replaced the power supply and still had all kinds of problems. Narrowed it down to the motherboard and then check the capacitors. Sure enough, they were bad! Replacing built-in video may not solve the problem. Make sure the right power is going into the board. You may try another power supply unit with only the cpu, monitor and ram connected to the board.
