what details? Usually some type of button pushing is necessary prior to entering a code in a remote. So I would like to know that the approach is to entering a code in my aforementioned Sharp DVD Remote control so the dam thing talks to my DVD player..
Unfortunately the key lock cannot be deactivated without a remote, for it will defeat the purpose of key-locking. You can order a replacement remote, you need to have the exact information of your TV's model/version ( the barcode on the back of the TV starts in REVxxxx).
