A Nortel Key Service Unit, an ICS (MICS,CICS), BCM (50,100 etc), Norstar (308,616,824), an Avaya IP Office running Nortel cards, or there is another company that makes a Nortel emulation key system but I can't recall what it is right now.

If your Toshiba Strata CHSU40A3 phone system is not displaying anything and there is no dial tone, there could be a few reasons for this issue. Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try:
Check the power source: Make sure the phone system is plugged into a functioning power outlet and the power adapter is working correctly. You may also want to try plugging it into a different outlet to see if that helps.
Check the connections: Make sure all the cables and cords are connected properly. If the phone is connected to a network, check the network cables as well.
Reset the phone: Try resetting the phone system by unplugging it from the power source and plugging it back in after a minute. This will help to clear any issues with the phone system.
Check for any damage: Inspect the phone system for any physical damage, such as cracks or breaks in the casing or any loose components. If you find any damage, the phone system may need to be repaired or replaced.
If none of these troubleshooting steps work, you may need to contact a professional to diagnose and repair the issue with your Toshiba Strata CHSU40A3 phone system.
Looks like 6 volts at 600 mA or greater. I often find a good source for power adapters is the local thrift store. Be sure to check the base for the polarity and diameter. You might even take a remove power adapter as a model to check. The remotes are 300 mA but otherwise identical. It does not have to be identical, just 6 volts and anything over 600 mA.
is phone charger power source to battery working or dead
you can buy a replacement power source
is your server service paid up
pop out and clean sim card replace
if still nothing.. phone wont turn on =replacement phone
If it is an IP phone you either need to plug it into a PoE (Power Over Ethernet) switch, or a regular switch and also a phone power supply. It is like a mini computer and needs a power source.
It only plays music. Most devices that will charge your phone will need a power source IE connected to a wall outlet so that it can charge your phone and still have power to play music.
Here's how it goes:
Speaker wires:
grey=right front pos.
grey/black=right front neg.
white=left front pos.
white/black=left front neg.
violet=right rear pos.
violet/black=right rear neg.
green=left rear pos.
green/black=left rear neg.
red=12 volt switched power source
yellow=12 volt constant power source (direct to battery)
black=chassis ground
orange/white=illumination (switched source,not to head light switch)
blue/white=amp turn on lead (to remote turn on lead of amp)
blue=auto antenna (switched power source)
brown=phone mute lead (to cell phone mute lead)
RCA connector leads:
grey lead:
red=right front
white=left front
black lead:
red=right rear/right rear subwoofer
white=left rear/left rear subwoofer
(connect to external amp)
red lead:
red=right aux input
white=left aux input
(connect to external unit)
green lead:
red=right dual zone output
white=left dual zone output
(connect to wireless head phones)
That should be all there is. on the yellow that goes direct to the battery you need to use an inline fuse holder with 30 amp fuse.
Remove batteries and unplug power source. Wait a few second before replacing batteries and power source. This forces the phone to "forget" why it froze, but retains your programmed numbers.
