Here's an alternative to your problem. Instead of using the RAM heavy Best Buy Music Store, just switch back over to the good ol' drag and drop format of PlaysForSure.

Do switch over to this, turn on your Sansa, go to , click down to , and switch it from Rhapsody to PlaysForSure.

Then, plug it back in, and you should be able to access it from My Computer. All you have to do then is drag and drop tracks from where ever you store your music, and put it on your player.

Now, when you plug it in for the first time after doing this, you may or may not have folders that say things such as "Music" or "Video". If you do, store your music into the "Music" folder. If you DON'T have these folders, you may just have to drag and drop straight into the player itself, and see if it works.

    Happy Listening!

Sansa e260r

Through the menu system on the Sansa, change your transfer setting from MTP to UMS. When you connect your Sansa, you should now see a drive in My Computer into which you can drag and drop music files.

Songs do not appear on WMP11

If you did not transfer the music with same copy or version of Windows Media Player that you are trying to view them with, you cannot see them.

Its a Windows problem, not the device.

You can view the contents in My Computer>Device Name (e260)>MUSIC folder and manually add or delete files that way.

Best of Luck.
