You'll need to log onto your router, your manual should give you the address. I just type router into my browser

Once logged in, you can change name, password & other information about security and such.

If you haven't set your user name/password, you'll find it in the owners manual. This is usually, "admin" for user name, and "password" for the password in some netgear models. Your manual should tell you.

Here is a simple way to access Windows XP with Administrator rights and privileges if you have password protected your User account on your Windows XP system and can't remember the password(s) to login. Therefore, if you bought a brand name computer (such as Dell, HP, Compaq or Sony)or you have installed Windows XP yourself. You should be able to login to the computer through the unprotected.

You can log on as an administrator to assign a new password to your account. To do this, try Method 1.

Method 1: Switch ON the PC, boot the PC in 'Safe Mode' by continuously tapping F8 button after you switch on until you get the Safe Mode Option.

Let windows boot in Safe Mode and log in to windows.

Click through several self-explanatory screens until your reach the familiar 'Welcome' screen.

Note that this welcome screen is limited to 256 colors and 640x480 resolution because the primary graphics will have been set to the Windows Safe Mode software VGA adapter. You will not be able to change this mode even in Display options, while Windows is running in Safe Mode.
Find the icon for the Administrator user. If the default settings of your system haven't been changed, there should be no password for this account.
Continue on to the User Settings control panel. Here you can change any of the other passwords for user on the machine. Make any changes you want.

If you haven't set a password for the Administrator account you could try to log in as an Administrator then change your password back. First you need to change how users log on.

1. Click Start
2. Click Settings
3. Click Control Panel
4. Click User Accounts
5. Click Change the way users log on or off
6. Deselect Use the Welcome screen
7. Click Apply options

Exit Control Panel. Then Restart computer, hold F8 when rebooting and choose SafeMode when prompted.

When Log on Prompt appears type in Administrator as user and leave password blank ( this is the Windows default password)

This will let you boot into Windows where you can go back to Control Panel, User Accounts and change your account password.

Then just reboot normally and enter new password.

Brent, the issue isn't graduation, it's access to your email. Do you still have access to the email account that you signed up with? Facebook is a program that you access via the internet and is not limited by any single computer. Theoretically you can access it from any computer in the world with internet access.
This issue about the computer referring to your wife's account, I'm inferring that you mean when you go to log on, the browser on the computer has saved her email address and password combination and automatically takes you to her account. If this is the case, you can logout of Facebook by clicking on Account in the upper right hand corner.

If you can't remember your Network Password, you need to reset your router in order to change your network password. Here's how to do it;
1. With the router still on, find a small hole in the middle right (router's back is facing you) of the router, near the power chord with label 'reset' below it. Using a thin and hard object like toothpick or wire, press the unseen button inside the hole and hold it for at least 15 seconds.
2. Using a computer connected to the router, log-in to Router's IP which 192.168.0.1.
3. In the log-in page, type 'admin' as username and in most DIR 600 routers, password is usually left blank. If blank password fails, use 'admin' as password.
4. When you get into the Router's page, look for the option "Wireless Setup" and start configuring your wireless access. You may have two (2) options to configure your wireless. The first is by using a wizard, and the second is by manually configuring it. Find your comfort there...
