it might be initial record on the log,try to refresh.if its backing up and its charging i would suggest you let it be, it woulde clear as time goes on

The power wents off and the batery got completly discharged , then i turn it on and run the self test and replace icon staid illminate but in the next self test didn't, i hace to replace the battery?

First tell how old is your UPS ?
if its older by two to three years may be the Battery eeds a replacement .Try charging the battery externally with a good battery chargers but before charging externally please take out the battery outside.
Then if the battery shows very low voltage even after charging for some 8 hours then you have one alternative that is replace with new battery.and promptly keep it under charge with out fail.

Numeric ups red light indicates?

1. low batery (not proper charging due to bad or not proper acid level)

2 short circuit

3.inner ICs needs to change

Did it work before?

If so, then it has developed a fault. Check the battery fault light on the UPS panel. Perhaps it's battery is dead, or batery charging circuitry is faulty. Anyway, it would most probably need professional attention by a serviceperson.

If it did not, double check whether you have connected the computer etc. to the proper sockets - many UPS devices have a couple of UPS-powered sockets plus additional sockets with surge protection only (no UPS power!) for high power devices like laser printers etc.

Mge pulsar ex10 stop after 5 min with 60W charge,after I changed the pack of 3 bateries with one new.if I switch off and on works again 5 min. all 3 bateries are good,Vcharge=13,6v Vin use=12,3v thanks

Some economics UPS have a functin called "Green Function". A timer disconnect the load after 5 min to prevent damages on internal circuit.
You can confirm this:

- battery remain to good level charge
- UPS restart for other 5 min if you press On button

See manual if you can disable this features.

No Power when turn on so battery wont charge

Try leaving it off, but plugged into the wall outlet so the batteries can charge up. If they are new, they are probably without a charge. The instructions should indicate how long it needs to charge - probably most of the day.

UPS 1800VA

You can increase the capacity of the batteries from the original equipment, but you cannot put more load onto the UPS. Your runtime may be increased, but you may have trouble fitting the car batteries into the case. Some UPS's have external connectors for external battery packs. Find one of those and add the batteries to it. Make sure that you maintain the DC voltage which the UPS requires. It may be 12 volts or 24volts. Two 12 volt batteries in Series.

My UPS 1 KV suddenly gets off (all panel light gets off)then suddenly it gets on autmatically.this happens frequently in 24 hours.

I fixed mine by wiring in an old 12vdc. 500ma wall wart. This powers the UPS circuit while at the same time it keeps the battery topped off just like the internal circuit is supposed to... but no longer does.

May be a number of problems fuse in mains plug fuse in UPS unit may be the battery is 'floating'

Most of the times, if not the battery is dead, is one of the electronic components inside. I bet that most of the times is one of the capacitors, but is not easy to know which one.

My ups just works on battery it doesnot change to power even if it is connected to the power switch.......

I have a Smart-UPS® RT UPS that is lighting the LED internal fault. Can anyone tell me what UPS circuit monitors this internal fault to myself repair the board? This failure is default PWM circuit or the control board?
