Web Cam My friends in italy cant hear me but I can hear them. What do you think the problem is

1. Go to Start\Settings\Control Panel\Sounds and Audio Devices 2. Click on the Audio Tab. 3. In the Sound Recording section section, verify that your webcam is selected as the default device. 4. Click on the Volumne button, and verify that the Microphone slider is moved all the way to the top, and that the checkbox is checked.
