Turning on and off

sounds like the control board inside is going weird.

I'd recommend you unplug and let it discharge, for 5 minutes, then try it again.

Samsung factory reset

Check the buttons on the tv itself and make sure the volume up button is not stuck. Samsung.com is not showing a tv with that model number. There may be a software update for that tv so check the model number again and check their site.

Samsung TV - have sound/auto volume set to on. When TV is turned off and then on, tv volume is extremely low. Go back to sound menu, it shows "on" but if you go back and act like you are turning in on, the...

Hello Blindrid,
What I would suggest you do is Press your MENU button on the tv remote, Then down to SOUND and then Turn the AUTO VOLUME to OFF. Then come out of the menu screen.
Just to check that it has all work correctly. turn you volume upto a certain number for example 25
Then turn your TV off the turn it back on. Wait until it is displaying a picture then press the volume button Once either up or down and you should see that it will go to 24 or 26 depending on what button you pressed for the volume. This will keep your volume set to whatever you had it on before you turned the tv off.

Hope this Helps Please leave a thumbs up.

Cheers

Toshiba Regza 32C3000A tv sound keeps droping out, the mute button when pressed on and then off brings it back on. seems as if the tv is auto muting itself?

Could be a contact piece of the MUTE button from your remote that is causing it.
Go out and Big Lots or Radio Shack to get a cheap universal remote control(big lots would be between $5-$10) Pick up the code for it,and when the tv happens again, your the OLD remote MUTE button to turn it back on and then put away this remote control and use the new universal remote control.
However,if the problem is coming from the manual MUTE button on the TV,you need a repair tech, to fix it!

Audio fade

if there is no problem with the surround sound, you have a problem with the volume regulation circuit or with the main amp of this TV set, But to say the least is you have a backup to fix your problem, with the sound system, you said it works fine. this could run ya about 250 to 400 to repair. Good luck.
