SOURCE: my tricity bendix washing machine flashing and beeping end light

Hi, we had something similar happen just before christmas. Our machine seemed to finish a cycle and started making beeping noise with end light flashing. Then when I switched it back on to do another load it just started beeping with end light flashing no matter what cycle was selected. Engineer has been out and advised that it is a fault with the motherboard so has ordered another one. Hope this is of some help. Machine was tricity bendix aw1400w.

SOURCE: Noise at end of spin cycle

Sounds like the drive block is defective. The drive bloce is a aluminum part that attaches the drun to the gearcase. If you remove the agitator you will see a large nut on top of the basket. If the drive block is worn yo will see aluminum peices on top. It is very simle to relace. You will need a spanner wrench to remove the nut. With the nut removed lift the spin basket up and out. Remove the block. You will see that the new block will only fit on one way. Tap it down untill it will not go any further, replace the basket, make sure you tighten the nut securly replace the agitator and you will be back washing.

SOURCE: washing machine won't spin

The lid switch is likely defective. Test with a VOM meter and replace as needed.

SOURCE: WD440 drying high heat and 0n/off light flashing

Just had the exact same problem and think I may have solved it. even turning power off didn't solve it. I think what happened was that the programme had been interupted while drying. I tried everything to get machine to work afterwards but only the following worked - while lights are flashing put back to the same time I had set to dry (60) in my case and turned the dial to M for dry high heat light goes off after a short while - leave for 5 mins then press off. machine will make a noise for a short while then stop.
If this happens then machine should be back to normal.
this is same for both posts I guess.

did u level the machine before you started it with a level? if you did not then u would need to level the machine because this would throw off how the machine spins which also on a samsung would cause it to not to start up again. If your machine is 3-4 days old then it is also under warranty and you can easily call for them to come fix the machine. Please right back if you do not have the warranty on your machine and ill instruct you how to get to the technical manual located on the inside of the machine thanks again.

Very loud noise when spinning out of 1st cycle and now water leaking out of bottom

the main bearings have worn out and should be replaced soon as possible if left the drum will colapse as the bearing shatters could cause other damage to machine parts it will normally fail when the machine is under most load whilst high speed spinnig
