I have a Disney princess portable DVD player model P7100PD that when we put a DVD in it , it says not supported

when we first got ours i put a dvd in and it wouldnt play either then i noticed you have to push the input buttons until it is on dvd mode every time you play a dvd

We had the same issue. Try clicking <play>1234<play> and it should unlockk the dvd in the machine. Seems to work on my daughters. It's a parental control of come sort. HTH.
