Like it bluish nd green and there like a box in under it says other user
Login to your computer, go the Control Panel, Open User Accounts, You. as the administrator, can add or delete users.
i cant it just say other user do i have click on it nd it wont let me and soooooooooooooooo what am i suppose 2 do
Reboot you computer start tapping the F-8 key repeatedly to enter the ortions select safe mode if you can and change User Accounts. OR Reboot and press and hold Ctrl + F11 to restore the DELL to factory configuration , you will lose all your data. You want to restore to a date before this problem if you can. Can you post a video of the problem?
