remove the laptop and, bios battery wait 10 minutes then reconnect the bios battery and repower with the power supply

BOIS password can be done away with by removing the button cell on the motherboard for which you should remove the covers on the bottom of the laptop. Insert it after a few minutes and bootup.

There are several follow the steep.
Download the ISO file from =http://www.fullandfree.info/software/hirens-bootcd-v100/

Write the iso in blank cd
Boot from cd
DONT PANIC follow all the steep It is very simple Use the down arrow key.
1.INSERT CD TO CD TRAY
2.Boot from CD
FOR PASSWORD BREAK
3.Select start boot CD
4.Choice Password and Registry Tools>enter
5.Choice Active password Changer for (NT/2000/XP/2003/VISTA)ADMINISTRATOR PASSWORD RESET.
If you change the HDD PASSWORD, Select ATAPWD 1.2(HDD password Utility)

Choice Active password Changer
wait >all will be AUTO
HERE YOU can see the option 1.Logical drive and 2.Search for all HDD and logical.
If you have one HDD choice 1. Logical drive
You you Have More then One Choice search for all hdd.
Just Choice the no and put it on the Your Choice [ ] >enter
Now Choice the partition
Either "0" or "1" which is your active partion for your Operating System. If you have two "OS" in the same HDD,
should choice all.
If you have one "OS" choice "0" to "1" press the number .Generally would be "0"
Only the reason, every laptop has the option ,for one HDD.
So Choice "0" >enter
Follow the steep on screen text > enter
From here, you can see the option for Administrator or Users .
Generally Administrator will be "0"
So pres "0">enter
Press "Y" for save changes If you want to reset the users ac password
Should press "y"
Now pres any key, and choice for Users for "1" if you want. press 1>enter
Same as y and enter .
ctrl+alt+Del
Done , you can access.

Bios passwords are very difficult to bypass
you could try to remove the cmos battery and leave it out for an hour before putting it back in
sometimes this may work if you havent got a manual to show where the cmos battery is you can download one from this link www.dell.com go to support/downloads and search for the manual

1 . CHEK OUT & SEE WHERE IS YOUR CMOS BATTERY LOCATED .
2 . TAKE OUT THAT CMOS BATTERY AND LEAV IT OUT FOR 30-40 MINS .
3 . NOW PLUG IT BACK IN AND RESTART HOPEFULLY IT HAS WORKED

IF THIS Did NOT WORK Try This Method

1 . THERE IS ONE JUMPER LOCATED ( near SATA hard disk slots mostly )
2 . jumper slot is of 3 pins , out of which , jumper is put into 2 pins
3 . remove the jumper & put into other 2 slots ( center one & the left or right which was not plugged into previously )
4 . start PC & u should go into bios settings without requiring the password .
5 . And there u can even change the password of bios settings .
6 . now it will ask u to put the jumper in its original position . put it there & restart
I have heard of people trying this a no of times & it seems to work
