at the bottom you can fiind an option as run live update
click on that to run the live update

from there download intelligent updater and run it in your computr
by doing this you can run the live updates

You can update your Symantec Anivirus either by running Liveupdate or you can download the definitions manually from the link below for your specific Symantec Antivirus you have.

You see in the tools tab if the folder options is still there.If it is there then use it to unhide the hidden files -operating system files too.
Once they get visible type in the address bar the path of the disk you want to open .After this look for the autorun.inf file in the disk and make sure you have no file .exe in it.If it is there just delete it.
And scan your pc fully .If no virus is detected change your antivirus to macafee or some good one.
