Hi Sarwar, go to this page: http://xpdrivers.it/soundblaster-live-player-51-oem-sb0220-driver/download-425.html click on "download" it'll open a pop-up, write the security words then wait for the download link, it usually takes about 60 seconds, click on the link and you'll get the driver. If it won't work, please ask for more help and advise me wich windows you're using (98/2K/ME/XP) Regards, Peter

you need to update to windows 8 when you have updated you need to remove your soundcard and reinstall it.then you need to reboot your system windows will then find your soundcard and automatically update your drivers.hope this is of use.
