It locked to security Code means you can get the master reset code from service provider and you need Network Unlock code means get the code at here http://www.superunlockcodes.com/nokia/rs12wp8/ and Unlock it.

ifn u dont remeber ur nokia phone code, i sugesst u format your phone via tha hard formating processs.. follow this procedure for the hard formating....have u tried the hard formating.. the hard formating will remove the code and activate the nokia default code for you.. switch off ur fone, then press and hold *+3+(send key) 3-5 mins without removing ur hands,.. then ask someone to help you switch on the fone still dont remove your hands off the key till the fone restats.. this shuld help.. thanks
