*.Go into theSettingsof your device*.Tap onAppsorApplications Manager(the name varies depending on your device).*.Swipe to theAll column.*.Scroll down until you seeGoogle Services Framework*.Finally, chooseClear data and thenOK.If this doesn't work, go on to the Google Play siteon your PC and install the app that is giving you issues on your smartphone or tablet from there. When you go back to your device, the install should work.

P3400 audio manager dosen't play any mp3 and i can't put any mp3 as aring tone

alternately u can do this

if ur phone is HTC P3450 ELF or HTC3452 ELFIN there are 2 versions of this device then go to start >Programs>fileExplorer>select music file u want to set as ringtone, and then long tap on the file for like 4 sec a menu will appear u can select set as ringtone and ur file will be set it is the std procedure for it

and about that HTC audio manager u can check for updated ROM from www.htc.com >ur region >support and then check if new ROM is availble it i will address ur issues of audio manager

but if u really want a new look for ur PDA and want to make it like touch HD then my friend i will suggest this but at ur own risk but the results are really worth it

see this update to CUSTOM ROM for ur pda and u will get more free memory for programs and storage i know it is a big rpoblem in this pda and u will get new look like touch hd

download Hard SPL 3.1 from here

http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=445666

and then Lite version for ELF from here

first install hard spl 3.1 as directed on ur pda and then update to custom rom from the the file downloaded

pls rate me FIXYA for my response i have lots of tweaks for PDA's
