You don't say what model. Some Imperial ovens have a cool-down switch that lets the fan run with the doors open but not in cook mode. That is a starting point.
Is it electric or gas? If that is electric then check your fuse board if it is gas check to see if you have ran out of gas lease might seem simple but sometimes we forget to check them
i have a magic chef gas range. broiler work, burners work, fan works when you turn the oven on, but oven does not get hot. could it be the electronic ignitor or does even have one.
