First, Cold-Start the machine, unplug, remove battery, hold down on.off button for 30 sec., leave battery out, plug in try to boot normally, is the HDD led blinking? OR, System restore/recovery. At the Coby logo screen appears, press and hold the F7 key to start system recovery, follow instructions. OR remove HDD test, replace if necessary.

choose display settings
slide the slider to your choice, may have to test.

See if you can download it from Microsoft. It seems to be related to the languge translators in Windows (NLS file).

try to press F8 after bios splash and start computer with options "disable restart with error" or something like that. then you gonna get a blue screen and a error write down that error and give it to me.
