Hello,

Are you able to boot to Safe Mode? If you are, use system restore so you can set your pc to boot successfully to it's correct settings. If you can not get to Safe Mode, You may need to use the Windows setup disk to repair your install. You may be required to restore your os completely.

Good Luck.

How can I reinstall windows 7 if I don't have a disk and my laptop won't boot

I'm sorry but to reinstall Windows 7 you need a disk with pre-loaded Windows 7, a flash drive with pre-loaded Windows 7, or a networked image with pre-loaded Windows 7.

Blue screen when windows loading screen

There's a number of reasons that you could have that issue. HDD failure, RAM failure, some sort of Windows driver issue.

Try restarting the computer and before the Windows loading screen, start mashing the F8 key. That should bring you to a screen that offers to start you in safe mode. Try starting in safe mode, which only loads the absolutely necessary files for Windows to load, and see if it'll start up there. If it does, attempt to use Windows Recovery Tool.

After format pc and copy windows files xp after restart pc giving blue screen

Have you copied windows files or loaded windows?
if you have loaded windows and you see bluescreen that means there is some hardware or software issues.
Try following steps
1) Load windows properly with Clean Disk
2) After loading if you still have same problem means there are chances of Hard Dive having problem
3) There is chance of Ram problem
to check hard disk problem you need to check your hard drive
go to run type cmd
on dos window type chkdsk

Can you tell me when the network driver in Windows gets loaded. I read some where that it does not get loaded until you get to screen in XP Pro. Is this true?

The network drivers do not load until you boot to Windows. I'm not sure what you mean by the XP Pro Screen but you have to be at the desktop level to have them load.

A good way to test when they've loaded is to go to your network connections after you're fully booted and right click on your connection. Choose properties. Check the box that says: Show icon in notification area when connected.

Two little computers should then appear in the right side of the system tray by the clock.

When you reboot, those will not appear again until the drivers have loaded.
