I can help , If the unit is leeting water in with the power off the only thing it can be is the water inlet valve , it is the componet you connect your water line to under the unit behind the front lower panel. Tell me if you have any other questions and let me know how this works out.
Phil
ok , sorry different unit , with the power off and the water on does it still fill with water?
It is your inlet valve for sure , its either stuck open or something is caught in the valve , it is the componet your hose's connect to usaly blue in color , its a dual valve for hot and cold.
Here is a site I use for parts. This will fix this problem. Let me know how it works out. Phil

Sorry, I'm new to the forum and didn't fully know how to do 1st post. My problem is: When you try to do a load, the hot water will not shut off, even if you turn the power off. You have to turn it off at the wall to get it to stop. Is there a seperate fill valve for just the hot water? Looking for any help I can get. Thanks!
