SOURCE: cant put songs onto my daughters bratz mp3 player

Hi,
When plugging a USB removable device/storage, you should see an icon named "Safely Remove Hardware" in the system tray (right side of the task bar, near the clock). Left click on it, and you should see a list of removable hardware.
If you can not see the device there, then there is problems with your MP3 player, perhaps the battery is too weak; if this is the case, just leave it a few minutes until the device charged and initializes and recognized by the computer.
If you can see the device, but no drive letter assigned to it, then there is problem assigning drive letter to it.
You can re-arrange the drive letter assignment by entering Computer Management console: right-click on My Computer, then click on Manage.
Choose Disk Management, and assign a drive letter to your device.

SOURCE: I don't know how to download songs onto my MP3 Player. :(

The majority of mp3 players should come with a cable which connects it to your computer/laptop.

1.Once the MP3 player is plugged into you laptop, you can either use a application like Realplayer, or you can go to My Computer/Removable Disk (depends where you plug it into(Note: The name of the removable disk drive may be called something like the brand or model name of your MP3 player). Once you have opened up the Removable Disk drive, there should be a file for Audio. copy the Music file into that file.

2.With Realplayer go to http://www.realplayer.com.au/ to download it, and then install it and all of that stuff. Once installed, open it up and connect your MP3 player to your computer. Once connected, Realplayer should register that it is there and open it up. If not use step 1.

If you want to use music off of your CDs Download an CD audio to MP3 converter (search for one on google). Then convert your Cds and copy onto your MP3 player.

Hope it help

when you plug it into your computer, go to my computer, there should be an icon for your mp3 player, open that folder and put your music in there with your mp3 player still plug into your computer.

Downloading problems

Then you can't get any songs. I know a good site that I get lots of FREE and LEGAL music without REGISTRATION. Try, www.mp3raid.com - a site that gives you free music without viruses trojan, spyware etc, and www.listentoyoutube.com where you get the mp3 music from a youtube video, whether it be a music video etc. None of these are harmful to your computer, and none of these need downloading they are browser based, and they require no registration or credit card details. You could also upload your own CDs onto your computer and then put them onto your mp3. I hope this helped.

Wma url's for myspace

You must note where you saved the music file. Mp3 files are easiest to upload. When you go to your page on Myspace go to edit profile. then to add song. Then It will ask for a description /name it will then ask for the file. Click on browse it will open up a dialog with your computer, locate the file you want to upload. then click upload when you are finished. It will take maybe less than an hour for Myspace to process your upload and put it on your page. Repeat this process to add additional songs

RIO ce2100

Try this and let me know if it works: Plug the player into the computer (by the USB cable obviously), open your Rio Music Manager, go to "Tools", "Synchronization options". Then create a "synchronization profile" as instructed. As you progress through the instructions, your second preferrence to edit is called "content deletion". This is where you can tell your player to NEVER delete your music. (Choose "never" from the dropdown menu). Then follow the rest of the steps, answering the other questions as you prefer. Hopefully this will prevent your player from losing songs you've already downloaded.
