F7 stuck keypad
Stuck keypad may mean relay is turned on.
Determine if problem is with the Key Panel or Control by:
1. Pushing CLEAR/OFF pad.
2. Disconnecting Ribbon Cable from control and waiting at least 32 seconds to see if Code recurs

If code recurs, problem is in the control. Replace control.

If code does not recur, problem is with the Key Panel.

Hello & Welcome to FixYa
F7 error code is displayed when the clock assembly/electronic oven control (ERC) goes bad and needs replacement. Please get back to me if you have any other questions.

I have a jen air propane oven and four stove burner and it is flashing a the code f7-1 and saying call a a tech. Please help the beeping is very annoying

Hi, the error code implies that the Function key shorted or stuck..
You need to replace touch pad or if touch pad is part of the clock, replace the clock (ERC).

The oven keeps beeping and displays "F7" as an error message.

Hi

Thanks for using FixYa. Error F7 on your oven means that the keypad is shorted or stuck and to resolve this issue you’ll have to replace the Electronic Range control (ERC). Please do accept the solution if the issue is resolved or post a comment for further assistance.

Thanks

F7 is displayed on my gas range and it's beeping

F7 on jenn air usually means you have a stuck or shorted key on the key pad. If it has a separate keypad you can just replace that or try disconnecting the keypad from the control board and cleaning the connection/ribbon with a pink eraser if possible. This rarely solves the problem but is worth a try. If it doesn't have a separate keypad you'll need to replace the whole ERC. (Electronic Range Control) It's usually the most expensive part of the range. Good luck!
