This is the message I am getting on my OfficeJet K60.
The Color Cartridge has been fine and is not that old. I hate to go buy
a new one if there is a issue with the k60.

Driver could be corrupt.
Disconnect the printer or at least be sure it is turned off.
I'd do both and reinstall the CD software program that came with
the printer. When the software program asks you to connect the
printer to the USB port, do so and it should again work properly.

you can bypass when asked and use last good settings by..Press and hold the Enter button, and then press Menu
This problem is caused by incorrect alignment page print out caused by faulty cartridges, ideal fix is replacement of all ink carts

Also get on your gloves get out your vac and suck on the carts till a little ink comes out, make sure colour cart releases all 3 colours then reinstall, can get messy.
