You probably have a screw down crown. Turn the crown counterclockwise and unscrew the crown. Now you should be able to pull it out. When tightening it back down, don't over tighten, just snug. This is to keep moisture out of your watch. Always have it screwed down unless you are setting the watch. Nice watch, Michael
My previous Kirium F1 had this problem as well.. got it fixed by my watchmaker for a nominal fee (<USD40). Apparently, the push connector needed to be repaired. After the repair, it was "clicking" again and worked fine. However, the watchmaker did warn against pushing the buttons too hard. This is apparently a common problem for this model.
