When i install and run assassians creed 2 pc it says the game was unable to start correctely (0xc00000b) click ok to terminae the application.. Please help.

You can reinstall the entire operative system with the CD that comes with your laptop, or with the restoration partition. See user's manual. This is the best way to fix error in a PC. Before restore the OS, backup your personal data.

i think your graphic card has a problem or some of the games today do not support the laptop graphic cards.

you may need to overwrite the game's exe file with a crack file. so it wont ask for the disk. crack file is usually inside the game disk itself, simply copy and paste it on the game directory.

Alternate method to access Application Recovery/Recovery Manager in HP PC

Scenario: Recovery manager or Application Recovery on your HP Desktop PC doesn't work or you are unable to access Application Recovery or Recovery manager.

Tip:
For Application Recovery:
1. Click start, my computer.
2. Open C: and Windows Folder.
3. Open SMINST folder within Windows folder.
4. Double click appinst.exe to open application recovery.

For Recovery Manager:
1. Click start, my computer.
2. Open C: and Windows Folder.
3. Open SMINST folder within Windows folder.
4. Double click restore7.exe to open Recovery Manager.

If above folder is not found. Then,
1. Click start, run. Clear contents of run box.
2. In run box, type "D:\hp\apps" without quotes and hit ok.
3. This will open a folder that would show couple of folders. These are the applications shipped with your PC. You can identify the software you need. In that folder, open SRC folder. You will find setup for the application here. Install the application from here.

this simple method works for me, hope it work for you too: reinstall the dxsetup that came with the game, if that is still not working try this:reinstall Microsoft NET Framework,Install the latest windows update,reinstall Visual C++ and run as administrator when start the game. All of this solution is work but for some person its not worK,hope it help.

I am unable to uninstall Tonka search and rescue 2 from my pc, I am running windowsxp

Try the following steps to uninstall that game to your computer :
1. Go to START 2. Click on Control panel 3. Select Add/Remove program 4. Wait for it to load all the programs/application installed on your computer 5. When it is done, find Tonka search and rescue 2 and click remove 6. A window will prompt you if you are sure about uninstalling the program click "yes" 7. A window will then appear again confirming the removal of that game

Hi, Here are the steps to solve your problem:
1. Download the desired java game in your PC. 2. Extract the downloaded game in your PC. 3. Connect your E63 to your PC via usb and run the 'Nokia PC Suite' software and transfer the extracted java game in your phone. 4. Click on the extracted 'nokia application installer file' in your phone. A wizard will appear asking you to complete the installation on. Just finish the instalation and its ok! :)
OR 1. Do steps 1 to 3 above but the only difference is you go to 'Data Storage Mode'
2. Copy the extracted 'application installer file in to some folder of you memory card.
3. Disconnect it from your PC 4. Go to file manager, Find the copied java game and click it.
5. Just finish the instalation and its ok! :)

Hi,

Make sure you diasble virus scans, and firewall options before you play, this should help.

If not, update video card drivers, do this test to find out if it needs doing.....

click on start - run - then type dxdiag

go to display tab and run all the tests, including direct draw and direct 3d tests, this will let you know what needs updating.

You can try this: Put the disk in the drive, then go to My Computer and find the drive the dvd is in. It will most likely be something like "CD Drive (E:)" or along those lines. Then go to the Start menu, and click Run. In the case of this example, you would type E:, and click OK, which should run the disk. This is assuming you are running Windows.
