Aluratek at107f , unit won't boot up

Hello, You will have too call Aluratek cust. or tech support and go thru their trouble shooting in order to determine if it is hardware or software problem. If it is software problem they will send you a file to reinstall the software on the tablet, or they may have you send it back for repair. Or you can just take too a computer repair shop.

won't get the check disc option until it boots up and from your description is is a hard drive problem

If you can't boot you will have to perform a hard reset.

You could try disabling the on board video in BIOS.

it might take some time being a freeware driver solution Note: it will find all of your outdated drivers
This will automatically search for and find the correct driver you will have to update every driver individually once you update you might be asked whether you want to restart or make a system restore point.

Click no to both of these then continue updating each driver free then restart once all of the drivers have been updated.

Won't turn on I pressed the rest button gently but it still won't power up.

The DVD laser pickup is at the end of life, replacement of assembly the only option, cheaper to replace the combo unit.

It is a firmware issue. Aluratek is working on an update, and hope to have it released within the next week or so. This may also effect the internal SD card.

Goto Aluratek's website, and enter 'Support' and Service Desk. You can then submit a service request ticket, and they will email when the new firmware is available.

mine after few second turns off.
cpu remains cod and fan is working and nothing getting hot on matherboard.
