I have a Samsung SGH-A867 Eternity and love the phone, however I discoverd that I can't recieve pictures via mms. I did notice they were in jpeg format but it reads .jpgg. Could this be the problem? i have the same problem. I just upgraded from a blackberry pearl to a samsung eternity. My sis has an alltel krazor and when she sends a pic to me it comes as an unsupported jpgg. also. i did not have this problem with my blackberry......i have spent 3 days arguing with att reps and on phone with att tech support and i have gotten nowhere. my sisters friend has the same krazor as she does and for some reason her phone sends pics to me in jpeg. format.....i can get her pics but not my sisters..... needless to say....as much as i love my new eternity.....i wish i still had my blackberry. if someone figures out how to fix this PLEASE let me know. i now have my sister calling alltel arguing with them that it might be a problem with her phone.....its a very ugly cycle.......
