How do I delete the saved addresses I no longer want?

My GO 950 offers a button "Delete" in the "Recent Destination" list. Open the Tomtom menu and select Navigate to... ---> Recent Destination, and touch the button. After confirmation, this will delete all entries in the list.

Older versions of the NavCore software installed on the device, or other TomTom devices may not have this button, or you may want to delete selected entries only. This is not supported using the device's built-in software or the Tomtom HOME PC solution.

However, there is a third party shareware program "POIEdit" that (among other things) does the trick. If you like the software, you may want to donate a small amount of money to the author.

You can plug it in your car's cigarette lighter socket, or the USB port of a computer,

There is not a reset button.

To reset - press and HOLD the power button for 15 seconds.

As far as I am aware you can delete addresses but not just one address-you would need to clear all of your favourites. So if you have 20 addresses saved you will need to delete them all.
The only other method may be to add a lot more so that some of the older ones get deleted but it doesnt really solve your problem. I would just leave it personally-unless you want to remove all traces of where you have travelled.

If you mean delete addresses in favorite then

tap 'Manage favourites' to delete any favourite locations that are no longer needed. You can also rename them, if you wish. Use Arrow-head up and Arrow-head down to scroll up and down the list and pick the one you want to change or delete.

and i am not sure which TomTom Go you have (maps preloaded only go700 and go910 no memory card slot), you can download manual
