chek the scaner lamp(upper lamp ) if its working during copy other ways u have to take up the lamp and check it by oem meter , u have to check also the thermal fuse for that lamp on the same unit. I hope that will solve ur problem ,if not high voltage unit above the drume is damaged.

Have you replaced the toner lately? I beleiv it is a toner motor fail to turn, check the toner bottle, remove it and reinstall the bottle.
Close up the machine and try it again.
Hope this works for you.

Hi.
If you want to attempt resetting the counter enter in service mode and do a Timer Reset.
If you have replaced the drum (or if you need to replace it), then you have to perform the auto image density control procedure.
To reset the meter count:
enter service mode: stop, 0, 0, stop, 0,1, find meter count and reset. This should be done by pressing "1" to access meter count, then press"8" to display counter on the zoom display.
to perform the auto image density control procedure.
Stop key - 0 - 0 -Stop key - 0 - 1 and press 1.When you see E in the display, press 5 and the copy(start) button to perform the auto image density control procedure.
