you will need to go through the complete setup procedure again by the book, if that does not work you will need to replace the black iu610. please follow it step by step, even setting the time and such along with printing out all of the management lists, for some reason this machine is very specific on setup.

check all connections between the main boards start with having the firmware re-flashed via secure konicaminolta web site only tech have assess to, KonicaMinolta wants their firmware secured. secondly remove each connector on the board check for bent pin on the board connector, then re-seat each plug and there are a lot of plugs on each board!!!!!!!! worse case bad boards $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

does the copier have a static IP address or is dhcp meaning ever time the network is turned on the copier get a new/different ip address. Copiers love static so recommend your it person assign one.

You had a board replaced an some one or you forgot to remove the chip from the old board and place it on the new board which tracks count serial number really important info.
