Saniplus has been installed for 3 years. Have two sinks connected to unit. Works fine when running either sink or flushing toilet.. except when I *** in it. My *** is foamy and the unit runs until I unplug it. Wife and others can *** in it and it works fine. I have found that if I drop a couple of tissues in it when I *** that it works normally.

Nah, that doesn't sound like the toilet or sink were hooked up wrong, your sewage tank is probably full, you can have it pumped out for $100 or so. They fill up every so often for w/e reason.
I think it can be done , but it may be against the local code for your area. The obvious concern is back up of sewage in the sink, and washing machine.
It sounds to me like the impeller is not engaged with motor shaft. I would remove pump and check and see if set screw is loose or if impeller is broke. Thank you.
If you have a Saniplus model then the vent connection is on the top right side of the pump casing if you are facing the toilet with pump sitting behind. The vent pipe needs to be minimum 1 1/2" and must be vented to the open air so air can flow in and out at all times. To the left side of the vent connection is the discharge pipe which should be a 3/4" or 1" discharge pipe. You can try disconnecting the vent pipe and run it with the vent pipe open, also you can disconnect the discharge pipe and put a bucket at the end of the discharge elbow and flush the toilet into the bucket, it will free flow into the bucket and there are no restrictions. That way you can tell if the problem is the pump or the installation set up.
When you flush the toilet, the Saniplus will turn on and off once or twice, this is normal. If it turns on 3 times or more then could be a problem with venting or the discharge pipe installation may not be properly installed. But when you run the sink or shower it will turn on and off constantly, this is normal. The Saniplus pumps out the water as it comes in.
hello there: sounds like you may be having a partial block in you're drain lines do too paper and things being flushed down the toilet you may need to go to the outside of the house and find the cap on the drain vent and use an industrial snake and run threw the drain lines to get ride of the clog this should solve the problem you should be able to rent one from ace....hope this helps you out thanks
It will be fine. The soap and hot water will keep the grease from congealing. Even if it does, the solids from the toilet and the rpm of the macerator will keep it pretty darn clean. I did one for a rental apartment 10 years ago and have no issues at all.
I believe you have a problem with a leak. The pump is filling back up. See is the water is leaking out somewhere. Hopefully, you don't have a leak under the house. The water coming into the pump is going somewhere when it comes on.
