My w1 cherry mobile doesn't turned on even the battery is full

you need to hard reset the unit.

1. make sure the batteries are full
2. press and hold the power button until mene is displayed
3. press volume button to scroll up and down use the camera button to select
4. select factory reset

some of your installed apps may be lost during this process just re install them

goto settings wireless and turn it on or do it directly from notification bar if its android

please try with another full charge battery and you can see is there any wrong with your mobile or battery,
if it is problem with mobile it can be hardware damage of the charging circuit.

Hello Jim,

Did you get any error message or any activity at all when you try to turn on your camera? You mentioned it is NOT the battery, so I am assuming you already tried using fresh batteries. You can also try removing any memory card and then try turning it ON without the memory card.

If the LENS is trying to come out and then it turns off (lens error) you can try spraying compressed air into the lens area of your camera.

Please reply back if these doesn't work and give me more details.

I am REALLY sorry for the VERY delayed reply. I have been trying to reply since 11 hours ago, but there are still bugs here on the "new" Fixya. Good thing a friend discovered a "work-around" and FINALLY I get to post my solution. =)

mcdevito75, You can try to apply and release the hand brake, In any case have the hand brake checked out as the cable could be stretched.

the motor is not working perfectly and chnge motor or check the connection perfctly
